The paper expounds the importance and types of fine ore collection in production, andmeasures of decreasing the amount of fine ore. As an example, shaft and incline plans are put forward in Baiyinnuoer Zn - Pb Mine. Strong and weak point of the two plans are analyzed. Inclineplan has an advantage over shaft plan. It can save investment of 349.9 thousand Renminbi.
