介绍了三山岛金矿在采场内通过提高采场分层生产能力，采用大中小采场相结合的方法来进行采充动态平衡的管理方法。
It is introduced in this paper that through increasing the production capacity of stope inSanshandao Gold Mine, using combined large, middle with small stopes to carry on dynamic balance management of mining and filling.
