摘要
在资源稀缺,提倡绿色节能环保的现今社会,工厂化预制式模块建造技术的运用对于推动建筑业可持续性发展有重要的作用。我国预制装配式住宅经过20多年的发展,已从研究阶段走向工程实施阶段,运用在住宅、工业等领域。然而如何推动这一技术在我国建造出高品质的建筑?本文试图通过对美国天普大学(Temple University)一学生公寓的案例研究,尝试总结出有借鉴性的方法。
Prefabricated modular construction plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development of the building industry.In China,prefabricated housing construction has been studied for more than twenty years,moving from research into implementation.However,how to make the best use of this technique in the design and construction process in order to build high-quality buildings？ This paper attempts to illustrate an approach by introducing a student apartment,Modular Apartment at Temple University.
