摘要
随着北京城市高速城市化和机动车交通高速发展,城市空间原本就拥挤的老旧居住小区停车难问题日益突出。同时,由于停车难问题所导致的一系列社会问题也逐步显现。本文将以北京方庄芳城园居住小区停车空间优化工作为实例,针对北京市中心城老旧居住小区机动车停车空间存在的多种问题提出分类型的改善策略。本次研究将着力于老旧居住小区停车问题的相关研究方法、解决模式、实施策略、推广模式等方面展开,以期为今后同类型的规划工作提供有益借鉴。
With the urbanization and development of motor vehicles in Beijing,more and more problems of parking have taken place in the old communities.At the same time,series of social problems engendered by lack of parking place have emerged gradually.In this essay,in order to do the research of countermeasure for parking place in old communities of Beijing,the Planning of Parking Place for Fang Cheng Yuan Community of Fangzhuang will be researched as the case study.Several countermeaures for relevant problems will be mentioned in this research.There are four aspects in this research will be focused on,including research method of parking place,solving mode of parking problem,policies of implementation and promotion model.
