摘要 阐述了工业粉尘爆炸抑爆技术和隔爆技术研究开发现状,并对涉及抑爆和隔爆系统有效性和可靠性的爆炸探测方式、抑爆剂及其数量和抑爆器喷撒等几个主要技术问题进行了探讨,同时提出了爆炸抑制技术研究开发及应用中急需解决的问题。 Industrial dust explosion accidents occurred frequently, which caused enormous losses of the life and property of the people. Explosion suppression and isolation techniques are the effective means for controlling the scope and degree of explosion losses. This paper summarized the present research and development status of explosion suppression and isolation techniques of industrial dust, and discussed several major technical problems involved in test methods for the effectiveness and reliability of both suppression and isolation systems, suppressant and its quantity and ejection of suppressor. The paper also raised several problems need to be solved in the research, development and application of explosion suppression techniques.
