东京工业大学新图书馆 对大冈山校区进行再构筑的战略布局

Tokyo Institute of Technology New Library in Redevelopment of the Ookayama Campus

图书馆作为大学中知识聚集型场所,应该被建造在校园中最为便利的地方。在东京工业大学大冈山校区图书馆改建工作中,新图书馆基地位于从学校主楼开始的轴线和正门与铁路相平行的轴线的交点处,是大冈山校区的动线节点。图书馆主要功能基本放置于地下两层的空间中,地面上则是大型广场和"绿丘"。三角形平面的"学习栋",以V字形结构漂浮于空中,成为具有透明感的从正门而来的视线的停顿点。

The library, being an important building of the institute is located at the intersection of two main axes, one starting from the main building of the campus, the other from the front gate and parallel to the railway. It＇s site can be regarded as the node of circulation within the campus. Owing to lack of space, the main functional space is set in the two floors underground, while a big plaza and a green hill standing above. The Study Building, with a triangular plan, floats with supports of ＂V＂-shaped structural elements is distinctive. It is now a translucent attraction on the visual line stretching from the front gate.
