中国档案分类与西方文件分类比较研究

The Comparative Study on Archives Classification in China and Records Classification in Western Countries

在中、西方档案学领域,分类都是一个重要的工具,但是二者的建立及应用却有很大不同。为了尽可能获得对二者的整体性了解,本文从分类对象、分类目的、分类方法,以及分类效果等方面对中国档案分类与西方文件分类进行了比较分析,并从比较中得到一些启示。

Classification is an important management tool in the archival field inChina and western coun- tries. However,the way of creationand implementation of classification system in China is differentfrom that in western countries.In order to get a whole picture of the two classifications,this article compares and ana- lyzes the archives classification and records classification in some aspects,such as the purpose,the criteria, the methods and the effects of classification, and finally gets some inspiration from the comparison.
