摘要
目的建立环境空气中气态尼古丁的气相色谱-氮磷检测器测定法。方法玻璃纤维滤膜经4%(m/V)NaHSO4-5%(m/V)甘油处理后作为被动采样器的吸收层。采集的空气样品经1.5mol/L的NaOH溶液洗脱,正庚烷提取,采用气相色谱-氮磷检测器对吸附的尼古丁进行检测。结果测定的样品在0.5-5.0μg范围内线性范围良好,相关系数为0.9993。检出限为0.028μg/ml,测定下限为0.095μg/ml。当采样体积为312L时,空气中尼古丁的测定范围为1,09~16μg/m^3。对实际样品高、中、低三种浓度的加标回收率为87.3%,102.7%。对高、中、低三种浓度连续测定6d的RSD〈6%。结论被动式采样-气相色谱-氮磷检测器检测法具有操作简单、快速、灵敏度高、准确度和精密度好等优点,适合于环境空气中气态尼古丁的监测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of nicotine in air by capillary gas chromatography with nitrogen-phosphorous detector (GC-NPD). Methods A passive sampler based on a gas molecular diffusion theory was used to adsorb nicotine in air. Glass fiber circles which was treated with 4%(m/V)NaHSO4-5%(m/V) glycerol solution was selected for the adsorption of nicotine. The adsorbed nicotine was then desorbed by 1.5 mol/L NaOH and extracted by heptane. The content of nicotine was subsequently analyzed by GC-NPD. Results The calibration curve of nicotine was linear in the range of 0.50- 5.0μg (r=-0.999 3). The limit of detection was 0.028 μg/ml. The limit of quantification was 0.095μg/ml. The linear range of the method was 1.09-16μg/m^3 with 312 L sampling volume. The spiked recoveries of nicotine were in the range of 87.3%-102.7%. The inter-day relative standard deviation (RSD, n=6) for different concentration of nicotine was less than 6.0%. Conclusion The new method is simple, sensitive, accurate and applicable to the determination of nicotine in air.
