不同剂量的乳猪壮对仔猪小肠黏膜结构影响的观察

摘要 应用组织学和组织化学方法研究庆大霉素和不同剂量的"乳猪壮"对仔猪小肠黏膜结构的影响。试验选用60头刚出生的0日龄的杜×大×长三元杂交健康仔猪,随机分6个处理组,每个处理组设10头(雌雄均有),分别饲喂生理盐水、庆大霉素和4种不同剂量的"乳猪壮",试验期为7d。结果显示,4mL"乳猪壮"显著促进仔猪生长,对仔猪小肠黏膜结构及仔猪体重增长方面的影响表现最佳,肠绒毛长度最长、隐窝深度最深、V/C比值最大。因此,4mL"乳猪壮"对改善和增强仔猪小肠的消化吸收功能,提高仔猪体重的效果最好。
