后现代管理的重新审视

Re-thinking about Post-modern Management

后现代主义是后现代管理的基础,以此而区别于现代管理,然而后现代管理并不是独立于现代管理之外的一种学术体系或者理论流派,后现代管理只是运用后现代主义对现代管理所做的一种批判性的反思。后现代管理运用后现代的话语批判现代管理的理性中心主义、整体主义,突出后现代管理的不确定性、非理性、多元性等特征。文章通过对后现代管理合法性的考察,分析后现代管理中权力的特征、组织的安排、制度的设计、道德的自由化等问题。

Postmodernism is the foundation of post-modern management,which is different from modern management,but is not an independent academic system or a theoretical school.Post-modern management is a kind of critical re-thinking about modern management by using postmodernism.This paper makes an analysis on features of right,arrangement of organization,design of system,and freedom of ethics in post-modern management.
