摘要
以玉米淀粉为原料,通过氧化、酸化、醚化等改性反应合成了氧化-酸化-醚化淀粉,并考察了工艺参数对其作为减水剂的分散性能的影响,得出了各合成阶段的关键工艺参数——时间、温度、pH值和原料用量的最佳控制值。改性淀粉最佳掺量为0.3%,是一种以空间位阻为主要减水机理的减水剂。
The oxidized-acidified-etherified starch was prepared by corn starch by via sequebtial process of sodium hypochlorite oxidation,acidolysis treatment and oxirane etherification.,and the influence of process parameter to water-reducing characteristic on the cement paste were investigated.The optimum control value of the critic parameter-time,temperature,pH and raw material amount of every stage were got.The optimal amount of oxidized-acidified-etherified starch is 0.3%,the main active mechanism of which is steric hindrance.
