摘要
基于多孔沥青混合料的室内试验结果,分析了关键筛孔通过率和关键集料含量对PAC-13空隙率的影响规律,根据分析结果,选取4.75mm、2.36mm和0.075mm筛孔通过率以及1.18~2.36mm集料含量作为模型参数,采用多元线性回归方法建立PAC-13空隙率预估模型。结果表明,多孔沥青混合料PAC-13中,2.36mm和4.75mm的筛孔通过率以及粒径为1.18~2.36mm的颗粒含量同空隙率呈线性负相关;根据所选的4个参数建立的空隙率预估模型具有良好的拟合效果;沥青用量或油石比也会影响多孔沥青混合料空隙率大小,油石比每提高0.5%,空隙率降低约1.1%。
The influence of the key sieve passing rate and key aggregate content to air void content was analyzed based on the laboratory test results of porous asphalt concrete.According to the results,4.75 mm,2.36 mm,0.075 mm sieve passing rate and 1.18~2.36 mm aggregate content were selected as model parameters to establishing a prediction model of PAC-13 with multiple linear regression method.The results of the study show that sieve passing rate of 2.36 mm 4.75 mm and aggregate content of 1.18~2.36 mm have linear negative correlation with air void content;Prediction model of air void content with the four parameters has good fitting results;Air void content would influenced by Asphalt content or bitumen-aggregate ratio,air void content will decrease by 1.1% while the bitumen-aggregate ratio increased by 0.5% in general.
