摘要 绞吸式挖泥船是一种常用的疏浚设备,绞刀是其挖掘水下泥土的核心部件。将水饱和沙的二维平板切削理论应用于绞刀切削过程进行受力分析;从绞刀的三维造型入手,以球锥状绞刀为例,创建绞刀模型,应用有限元软件对绞刀应变应力进行计算分析,为绞刀的设计制造与强度的校核提供参考。 Cutter suction dredger is commonly used dredging equipment,underwater mining cutter is its core component.In this paper,two-dimensional water-saturated sand flat cutter cutting process theory is applied to the force analysis;From three-dimensional shape cutter start the ball cone cutter,for example,create the cutter model,finite element software pair tool to calculate the stress strain analysis,design and manufacture of cutter and strength check of reference.
