摘要
胀缩式卷筒是现代卷取机的关键部件,其卷取带钢的过程是一个非常复杂的弹塑性大变形过程,既有材料非线性、几何非线性,又有边界条件的非线性,变形机理非常复杂,难以用数学模型来准确地描述。文中采用商用有限元软件对胀缩卷筒卷取过程进行了动态模拟,并分析计算了胀缩式卷筒卷取过程中径向压力,卷筒扇形块的径向位移等,分析计算的结果对于胀缩式卷筒的设计具有指导意义。
The expansive reel is recognized as a key part of coiler. The coiling process of the expansive reel is very complex and With large elasto-plastic deformation which includes material nonlinearity, geometry nonlinearity and boundary condition nonlinearity. The deformation mechanism is so complicated that is hard to be described accurately by mathematic model. In response to that fact, the present paper puts forward the FEA software to simulate the coiling process of the expansive reel. Furthermore, the radial displacement and the radial thrust of sector-parts in expansive reel were analyzed and calculated, and the analysis result has directive significance for designing the expansive reel.
