柱塞套零件内孔台阶垂直度的气动测量

摘要 以柱塞套零件为例,分析了零件内孔台阶垂直度被检测参数,应用非接触式的气动测量,避免了接触式测量对已加工零件精度的破坏,通过气电转换器实现测量数据的直观操作,实现了气动非接触式测量在精密零件检测中的应用。 Taking the plunger sleeve parts as an example, the measured parameters of the hole shoulder perpendicularity is analyzed. Applying the noncontaet pneumatic measurement, the damage of the contact measurement on the accuracy of machining parts can be eevoided. Through the air / electric converter, so as to realize the measurement of intuitive operation and the application of pneumatic non contact measurement in precision parts.
