摘要
近年来,随着汽车产品产量的加大、推出速度的加快和产品多样化的发展,关于玻璃升降器的系列化开发逐渐成为产品降低成本的重要途径。本文通过建立力学模型进而分析结构系列化所需参数,再进行模型仿真和测试验证分析来检验系列化方法,从而实现玻璃升降器的系列化设计,为以后的研究开发提供一个应用模型。
In recent years, with the output increase of automotive products, speedup of push new models and development of diversified products, serialization of window regulator development turns to the key of cost reduction. In this paper, a mechanical model is established to analyze the serialization of structure parameters, make the model simulation and test the validating analysis in order to examine the serialized method. Thus the realization of the serialized design of window regulator can be an applicatJion model for its research and development in future.
