摘要
赤泥是铝土矿提取氧化铝过程中产生的废弃物。赤泥的大量堆存,对环境和安全带来了严重的负面影响,也影响了中国铝生产行业的可持续发展。赤泥建材化利用具有利用渣量大,产品附加值高等特点,实现赤泥无害化、资源化利用的优选途径。通过研究组成材料及比例对加气混凝土强度、密度的影响,提出了加气混凝土性能与组成材料的定量关系。采用赤泥、粉煤灰等固体工业废料制备的加气混凝土,强度和密度满足加气混凝土砌块质量要求,放射性达墙体材料相关标准限值要求。
Red mud is waste which is generated in process of extracting alumina from bauxite.A large number of red mud accumulation not only has serious negative impact on environment and security, but also affect sustainable development of Chinese aluminum production industry. Preparating construction materials using red mud is optimization method for exploiting solid industrial waste.By this way,red mud can be used harnless and high value-added.By studying influence of composition and ratio of materials to aerated concrete's strength and density, quantitative relationship of aerated concrete properties to materials composition is established.Aerated concrete preparated with red mud, fly ash and other sol- id industrial waste, its strength and density can meet the quality requirements of aerated concrete block, and radioactive limit meet the requirement ofrnaterial to the wall.
