摘要
为用特细砂取代中砂配制混凝土,研究了混凝土配合比的砂率、水灰比、拌合物和易性等因素对特细砂混凝土的性能和强度的影响。结果表明:用特细砂这种资源可以配制出符合工作性能和强度要求的特细砂混凝土,特细砂混凝土28 d立方体抗压强度和灰水比之间存在着显著的线性相关关系,坍落度取值控制的范围不同对强度有不同程度的影响。此研究成果可为特细砂配制混凝土相关规范的编写和工程应用提供建议与数据参考。
In order to use the special fine sand to replace sand to configure concrete, studied the sand ratio, water-cement ratio, the workability of mixture and so on other factors of the special fine concrete influenced on the workability and strength of the super-fine sand concrete.The results show that the resource of the super-fine sand can be configured to meet the work performance and strength requirements of the super-fine sand concrete, the cement water and 28 d cube compressive strength of the super-fine sand concrete have the significant linear correlation, the different control slump value to strength have different intensity effects.This research can be provided advice and data reference for the related preparation specification and engineering applications of the ultra-fine sand configured for concrete.
