摘要
目前国内外有多种有关自密实混凝土的设计原理和方法,不同的设计方法有着不同的设计原理。选择固定砂石体积法、绝对体积法、参数法对C30的自密实混凝土进行了工作性以及力学性能对比试验。结果表明:固定砂石法参数意义明确,设计过程简单,混凝土的性能稳定,具有一定的适用性;绝对体积法的用水量取值较低,使得在做较低强度的配合比时,往往需要加入较多的掺合料,进而使得影响自密实混凝土的力学强度性能;参数法所提出的参数对原材料的性能要求非常的敏感,在应用过程中参数取值范围波动较大,配合比设计程序较为繁琐。
Self-compacting concrete have different design principles and methods, and which have owned design principle.Choosed three meth- ods such as fixed sand volume method, the absolute volume method, parameters method and did the contrast experiment for the workability and mechanical properties of the C30 self-compacting concrete.The results showed that the fixed sand method as the parameter meaning clear,the design process simple and the concrete's performance stability, this method is widely application;The absolute volume method with low water vol- ume, which values do lower intensity, often need to add ratio of more admixtures, then makes the influence of self-compacting concrete mechanical strength performance;Parameters method proposed parameters on the performance requirements Of raw materials very sensitive, and the parameter values range are not stability in the application, the process is relatively complicated.
