摘要
于光照度0、500、2000、4000lx下,各设置4个温度梯度对脆江蓠进行培养,在实验室条件下,研究不同温度和光照度组合对脆江蓠氮、磷吸收率的影响。结果表明,上述2个环境因子对脆江蓠氮、磷吸收率均有显著影响。光照度2000~4000lx时脆江蓠对氨氮吸收率明显比0~500lx光照条件下的高,差异显著;温度对氨氮吸收率的影响规律性不明显。磷酸盐的吸收率随着温度升高而升高,并在15~20℃吸收率较好;光照度500~4000lx时脆江蓠对PO43--P的吸收率均较高,光照度对PO43--P的吸收率的影响差异不显著。
The economically important Rhodophyte Gracilaria chouae were cultured for 12 h under laboratory conditions,and the influence of temperature and illumination on the uptake of NH+4-N and PO3-4-P were studied.Four different illuminations(0,500,2000,and 4000 lx) and four different temperatures(5,10,15,and 20 ℃) were kept.The results showed that the maximum absorption rate of NH+4-N appeared on 2000~4000 lx,and the temperature have no significant influence on the uptake of NH+4-N;the maximum absorption rate of PO3-4-P appeared at temperature of 15~20 ℃,and the illumination have no significant influence on the uptake of PO3-4-P.
