高校课外体育活动异化现象调查及对策研究

高校体育教育处于终身体育的中间环节,具有承前启后的重要作用,这个时期所受到的体育教育是正规的,密集的,系统的又是全方位的。因而这个时期对于学生体育意识、技能和习惯的培养十分重要,要完成这一历史使命仅仅依赖于学校体育课的教学是远远不够的,而应由课外体育来共同完成高校的体育教育任务。通过对南京仙林大学城四所高校大学生参加课外体育活动现状调查与分析,找出大学生课外体育活动在组织形式、内容、功能及指导思想上存在的异化现象,并加以分析,提出相应的对策,为在校大学生积极参加课外体育活动提供帮助,也为高校体育教学改革提供参考依据。
