摘要
近年来,边检机关执法质量和服务水平显著提升。但同时,基层工作中一些侵害民警正当执法权益、阻碍民警执行职务的问题时有发生,严重挫伤了民警积极性,损害了边检机关执法权威。而建立与完善维权制度,科学理性规范地维护好民警的正当权益,是一个系统工程,需要包括政府、法律、舆情等多方面配合支持。边检机关要积极做好执法维权工作,保障民警基本权益,凝聚警心,增强职业认同感和归属感,努力建立和完善边检服务长效工作机制。
In recent years, the service level of exit- entry frontier inspection has been obviously raised. At the same time, more and more infringements of the rights of police have happened so that it has seriously dampened police＇s enthusiasm and authority of exit-entry frontier inspection. In order to safeguard police＇s lawful rights and interests of exit - entry frontier inspection, we should try our best to improve and perfect the socialist legal system of exitentry frontier inspection.
