摘要
在人质遭受劫持犯罪行为侵害所涉及的诸多因素中,个人心理是一个重要原因。从人质被害前后心理的特点出发,探讨人质被害前后的心理表现,并有针对性地提出个人被害的预防措施,旨在于帮助个人建立有效防范机制,以期更好保护个人的权益。
Of many factors concerning the harm of hostage taking crime, the harmto a person＇ s psychology is most serious. Based on psychological characteristics of pre- event and post - event of hostagetaking, this paper probes into the psychological behaviors before and after the victimization and puts forward precautions against the victimization. It aims to help establish an effective preventive mechanism so as to protect personal benefits.
