摘要 介绍了岱海发电公司一期机组低温过热器、低温再热器热段管排的磨损情况,对引起磨损的原因进行了详细分析,量化的计算出煤质恶化、AGC响应速度快对管子磨损速度的影响,进一步计算出对管子寿命的影响。采取主动防磨与被动防磨相结合的方法治理磨损。对减轻磨损,延长管子寿命具有重要意义。 The pipe's abrasion of low-temperature superheater and low-temperature reheater at Daihai Power Generation Co. Ltd. was introduced in this paper. Then it analyzed the cause of abrasion in detail. The influences of coal quality deterioration and fast response speed of automatic generation control(AGC) on the pipe's abrasion were quantitativley calculated. Next, the influences on pipe life were calculated. Taking anti-wear active measures combined with passive anti-wear measures to slow down the abrasion and lengthen pipe life has an important significance.
