Construction Technology of Asphalt Concrete Pavement Based on Full Process Control

根据公路沥青路面施工的工程实践,从沥青混凝土路面设计原理出发,基于沥青混凝土路面分层及结构类型,分析了沥青混合料配合比设计要点。结合沥青路面平整度的形成机理,从材料的管理、拌和、运输、摊铺、碾压等施工环节,提出了确保沥青路面平整度的技术措施。

The asphalt concrete pavements layered and the structure types are pointed out according to the experience of highway asphalt pavement construction engineering and the design principle of asphalt concrete pavement. The key points; of asphalt mixture proportion designing are analyzed. Com- bined with the formation mechanism of the asphalt pavement roughness, the asphalt pavement con- struction technical measures are suggested to ensure the asphalt pavement roughness. The specific control measures on each link in the whole construction process are suggested.
