摘要
高速公路应急管理是高速公路交通安全管理的重要内容,能产生极大的社会效应。结合汉十高速公路应急预警信息管理系统,分析了高速公路应急预警信息系统的需求,探讨并建立了高速公路应急预警信息系统的总体设计框架和处理流程。
The emergency management system in expressway is an importation area of traffic safety management. It can bring great social effect. Starting with the present condition of traffic safety management in expressway, the requirements of emergency alert information system of expressway are analyzed. On the basis of this, an overall framework and procedures for the emergency alert information system in expressway are discussed and established.
