水分胁迫对香蕉幼苗保护酶活性的影响 被引量:7

摘要 采用水培试验方法研究香蕉幼苗叶片在不同水分胁迫下,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)3种保护酶的活性变化。结果表明,胁迫后,香蕉幼苗叶片的SOD、CAT和POD活性都呈现先升高后下降的趋势。复水后3种保护酶活性均可恢复到与对照相当的水平。因此认为,水分胁迫影响香蕉幼苗保护酶活性,降低幼苗的抗旱能力。 Using water culture experiment, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT) and peroxide (POD) in banana (Musa AAA subgroup Cavendish Williams) seedling leaves subjected to different water stress (0, -0.1 and -0.3MPa) were measured. The results indicated that the activities of SOD, CAT and POD in leaves increased in the beginning of stress, thereafter decreased. Rewatering in time, the activities of three protective enzymes increased to the normal level. It is concluded that water stress would lower the activities oi three protective enzymes, hence decreased the ability of seedlings to drought resistance.
