摘要
在4月上旬,用白玉兰等5种木兰科植物的不同部位芽进行高头嵌芽接试验。结果显示,白玉兰、广玉兰、二乔玉兰、黄山玉兰适合于高头嵌芽接,就成活率而言,上部芽>中部芽>下部芽;而含笑的嫁接成活率过低,不宜采用高头嵌芽接。
In early April,an experiment of high chip budding was conducted on five Magnoliaceae plants such as magnolia denudate,Magnolia grandiflora et al.,with different-part buds of scions.Experimental data showed that this budding was very suitable for magnolia denudate,Magnolia grandiflora,Magnolia cylindrica Wils.and Magnolia soulangeana Soul.,and,as for survival rate of grafting,upper buds middle buds lower buds.However,high chip budding was not applied to Michelia figo because of its small survival rate of grafting.
