常见园林植物花部液浸标本制作方法的初步研究

Preliminary Study on Making Pickled Specimen of Floral Organ in Common Garden Plants

植物标本在园林专业的教学中是不可缺少的教学用具。作者对原色植物液浸标本制作方法进行了系统的研究,通过对白花(部分)原植物液浸标本,黄花(部分)原植物液浸标本,红花(部分)原植物液浸标本制作的试验研究,取得了初步的研究成果。并在制作原植物白色、黄色、红色液浸标本中,采取对人体无毒害、价格低廉的保存液,取代了对人体有害的甲醛保存液,这一研究成果对提高教学质量、进行科学研究、科技推广、标本陈列与展示以及艺术观赏等方面都有非常重要的意义。

Plant specimen is indispensable tutor instrument for teaching the course of gardening plants.This study mainly focused on the technique of making pickled plant specimen retaining original color.For plants with white,yellow or red flower,we used the corresponding pickling solution in the same color as the preserved flower.Moreover,we added newly explored preservation solution,which is cheap and harmless,to take place of the traditional formaldehyde.This technique can not only improve teaching quality,but also play multiple roles in the fields of scientific research,extension program,specimen exhibition and art view.
