新农村建设规划设计初探——以云南省安宁市八街街道为例

Preliminary Study on Planning and Design of the New Rural Construction of Bajie District,in Anning City,Yunnan Province

为了更好的进行安宁市八街街道的新农村建设,文章通过分析八街街道现状农村特点,提出新农村建设规划的思路,并从住宅、道路、给排水、电力电讯方面提出具体规划实施策略,最后从规划角度对规划实施中可能存在的问题提出建议。

In order to carry out the new rural construction of Bajie district in Anning better,the paper has analyzed the present situation of the rural in Bajie district,and then provided the ideas for the plan of the new rural construction.And it raised the specific planning and implementation strategies for residential,roads,drainage and electricity telecommunications.At last,put forward some suggestions to the problems which might be face to in the implementation of the planning from a planning perspective.
