The Design of Water Supply System with Constant Pressure Controlled by a Single-Chip Microprocessor

摘要 依据人们对供水质量、供水压力和供水系统可靠性的要求,结合先进的自动化技术和通讯技术,设计了一种新型变频稳压供水自动控制系统。该系统以典型的AT89C51单片机控制系统和变频器调频技术为核心,采用PID算法调节供水压力。该文介绍了系统的总体方案、工作原理和工作过程,给出了硬件框图及软件流程图,并设计了系统实时监测界面,实际应用表明该系统运行情况良好,能较好地满足用户需求。 According to the requirements of water quality, water supply pressure and water supply system reliability,a new auto- matic control system of water supply with constant pressure and frequency conversion which combined with advanced automa- tion and communication technology was designed. This system based on inverter frequency modulation technology and a typical Micro Control Unit(MCU) AT89C51 as a controller and a PID algorithm were implemented. The overall scheme of the system and operating principle were described, and the block diagram of the hardware and software were designed. A interface of real- time monitoring system was proposed in this article. The system is running well and can meet users' needs better.
