Development Study on Hi-Techindustrial Cluster in Hengyang City

高新技术产业集群发展对于转变发展方式、调整经济结构有着重要意义。近年来,衡阳市高新技术产业快速发展,园区建设稳步推进,产业集群初具规模。但仍存在高新技术产业发展相对滞后、企业科技创新能力不强、产业集群机制尚未完全建立等问题。今后需进一步培育战略性新兴产业、加快产业园区建设、加大技术创新力度、大力实施品牌战略,以实现经济又好又快发展。

The development of hi-tech Industrial cluster plays a significant role over the transition of development pattern and economic restructuring. Hi-tech industry in Hengyang City developed at a rapid growth in recent years, its industrial zone pro- gressed steadily and its industrial cluster is taking shape. However, there are problems existing such as lagging of the hi-tech industry development, weakness of innovation ability among the enterprises, and its industrial cluster system hasn＇t entirely settled. Further steps which aim at better and faster economic growth should be taken in the future in cultivating strategic new- ly emerging industry, accelerating the construction of its industrial zone, redoubling the effort in technological innovation and implementing brand strategy.
