摘要
目的探讨主动免疫在治疗复发性流产中的作用。方法选择年龄25～35岁,原因不明复发性流产、封闭抗体阴性患者146例,分为治疗组(89例)和对照组(57例)。治疗组进行淋巴细胞注射及常规保胎治疗;对照组使用常规保胎治疗。结果治疗组妊娠成功率为84.27%,高于对照组的43.86%(P<0.01)。结论主动免疫疗法在治疗原因不明复发性流产中疗效确切,具有操作性强、无副作用等优点。
Objective To explore the role of immunotherapy in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion. Methods The patients with negative blocking antibodies, and unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion, aged 25 - 35, were divided into treatment group（ n = 89） and control group （ n = 57 ）. Both groups received conventional tocolytic therapy, in addition the treatment group received lymphocyte injection. Results There were significant difference in the results （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The success rate of the treatment group and the control group were 84. 27% and 43.86% ,respectively. Conclusion The active immunotherapy in unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion has the advantages of good effect, simple operation, no side-effect and so on.
