摘要
针对某铁路动车设备舱支架经常出现断裂的现象,对支架的结构特性进行了研究,以脉冲信号对结构进行激励,结合模态识别理论,估计支架响应的频响函数.通过相干函数,验证试验结果的有效性,结合识别设备舱支架结构横向、纵向、垂向模态共振频率,比较不同结构支架的振动特性.改进后的设备舱支架2的横向、纵向、垂向固有频率均得到提升,且不易于车体弹性模态耦合,能有效避免断裂.
For the phenomenon of the frequent fracture of stents which is in the equipment cabin of EMU, this paper analyses the structural characteristics of the stents. From the input and output frequency response function, it researches the vibration property of the stent structure without the physical parameters. With the excitation by the pulse signal, combine with the theory of the modal identifi- cations, it has estimated the frequency response function of the stents. The coherence function was used for the verify of the validity of the test results. With the stents modal frequencies which was in- dentified in horizontal direction, oblique direction and vertical direction, the paper evaluates the vibra- tion property of the stents which had different structural. The transverse, longitudinal, vertical vibra- tion frequency are improved of the sent 2, not coupled with the train elastic modal frequency, so the stent 2 can effectively avoid fractures.
