摘要
为了满足多分量风洞特殊翼型测力天平校准的要求,文中开展了校准加载装置的优化设计与校准方法研究,解决了加载装置初始精密定位、载荷精确加载、力的准确传递与加载方案优化、数据分析处理及精准度计算等多项关键技术。介绍了自行设计的专用校准加载装置,并利用其完成了一台多分量特殊翼型测力天平的校准。提出了针对特殊翼型天平校准中的单元加载、交叉加载、综合加载等校准与数据处理新方法。实验结果表明,获得的天平公式能够正确模拟和满足风洞实验模型的实际工作状态要求,实验数据可靠,实验精准度高。
The design of a calibration rig and the static calibration process of a multi-component airfoil force measurement balance were presented.Static calibration techniques such as precise locating and loading,force transmission,loading process,data analysis and precision calculation were discussed in detail.Decel single and multi-component loading process and data analysis methods were proposed.It is demonstrated that the balance equation obtained by the present calibration can satisfy the reliability and precision requirements of wind tunnel airfoil force measurement.
