摘要
在弹丸测速试验中,若天幕靶处于非工作状态会导致测量结果的偏差,因此在试验前对天幕靶进行标定有着重要的实际意义。文中设计了标定系统电路,通过控制白色LED光源的亮灭来模拟弹丸穿过天幕靶光幕的场景。实验结果表明系统输出的两路激励信号的脉宽和时间间隔与天幕靶光电管采集回来的感应信号的脉宽和时间间隔基本一致,实现了对天幕靶系统的准确标定,为天幕靶标定技术提供了一种有效的手段。
In projectile velocity test,skyscreens non-working status will lead to measurement bias,so skyscreens calibration before test is important.In the paper,the calibration system circuit was designed,the scene that projectile getting through the light curtain of the skyscreens was simulated by controlling the bright white LED light source.The results show that the pulse width and interval of two channels of excitation signals output by the system are basically consistent with that of induced signal collected by photoelectric sensor,resulting in correct calibration for skyscreens system.This provides an effective way for skyscreens calibration.
