乙酸镁改性条件对凹凸棒黏土黏度的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用乙酸镁对凹凸棒黏土进行改性处理,考察了乙酸镁浓度、悬浮液浓度和pH值、反应温度和搅拌时间以及放置时间等因素对凹凸棒黏土在蒸馏水和饱和氯化钠水溶液中黏度的影响。结果表明,在乙酸镁浓度10%,悬浮液浓度7.5%,pH=8,反应温度20℃,反应时间14 h和放置时间24 h的条件下,改性凹凸棒黏土有最高的黏度。其中,在饱和氯化钠水溶液中的黏度高于蒸馏水中的黏度。 The attapulgite clay was modified by magnesium acetate solution. The effects on the viscosity of the attapulgite clay in distilled water and saturated sodium chloride solution were investigated, such as the magnesium acetate concentration, suspension concentration and pH value, reaction temperature, stirring time and holding time. Results showed that the attapulgite clay under optimal modified conditions with magnesium acetate concentration of 10% ,suspension concentration of 7.5% and pH value of 8 ,reaction temperature of 20℃,reaction time of 114 h and holding time of 24 h,the viscosity was the highest,and the viscosity was higher in saturated sodium chloride solution than in distilled water.
