摘要
以胡萝卜为原料用乙酸乙酯/无水乙醇混合液微波辅助提取β-胡萝卜素。考察了料液比、微波时间、微波功率对提取率的影响。结果表明,β-胡萝卜素提取的最佳工艺条件是:料液比1∶5(g/mL),微波时间40 s、微波功率400 W。在最佳条件下,提取率可达47.8%。
β-Carotene was extracted from carrot in acetic ether/anhydrous alcohol solution by microwave method. The effect of ratio of liquid to material, microwave time, microwave power on extraction rate was researched. The results indicated the optimal extraction conditions were as follows: ratio of material to liquid 1 : 5 ( g/mL), microwave time 40 s, microwave power 400 W. The extraction rate was 47.8%.
