摘要
以小兴安岭伊春地区的23个黑木耳商业品种为研究材料,应用酯酶同工酶电泳技术进行了菌种真实性鉴定,对电泳结果进行了遗传背景以及亲缘关系的研究。结果表明,酯酶同工酶谱带一般在5~10条,酶谱稳定,可重复性高,利用酯酶同工酶技术可进行黑木耳种群的划分研究;通过NTSYS2.10e软件的分析,确立了23个黑木耳品种的亲缘背景关系。
In this research,the area Xiaoxing'anling yichun 23 auricularia commercial varieties of application esterase electrophoresis technology,electrophoresis authenticity identification strains were genetic background and the relative research.Results show that the esterase with general in 5-10 and enzyme stability,high repeatability,esterase technology can be divided;population of auricularia Through the analysis NTSYS 2.10e software,establish the 23 auricularia varieties of context.
