Library Service Innovation in the Vision of Public Cultural Service System

加快建立覆盖全社会的公共文化服务体系,是保障公民文化权利的必然要求,是提高民族素质的客观需要,是建设和谐社会的重要保证,有着重要的战略意义。文章从重要载体、主导平台、基础设施等方面分析了公共图书馆在公共文化服务体系中的重要地位,进而阐明了公共图书馆服务创新的方向:创新服务理念,拓展服务空间,改进服务方式,提升服务水平,满足人民群众多方面、多层次、多样化的精神文化需求。

To accelerates the establishment in the whole society public cultural service system is the necessary requirement to protect the cultural rights of citizens, the objective requirements to improve the national quality, and the important guarantee to build a harmonious society. It has important strategic significance. The article analyzes the＇ important role of public libraries in the public cultural service system in terms of important carriers, the dominant platform and the base station, and then explains the direction of the public libraries services innovation： to innovate the service concept, to expand the services space, to improve the service levels, and to meet the people＇s spiritual and cultural need which is multi-aspect, multi-layer and of diversity.
