Comparison and Enlightenments of Lecture Service between China and United States Public Library

通过文献调研和考察公共图书馆网站,从理论研究现状、发展概况、主题与内容、举办形式、听众定位、服务范围与便利性、支持与合作等多个方面对中美公共图书馆讲座服务进行对比分析,总结其差异性,并在此基础上提出对我国公共图书馆讲座服务的启示。

Through the research on literature and public library website, this paper makes a comparative analysis on lecture service of public library in China and the United States from several aspects： theory research, development overview, theme and content, organization form, audience positioning, service scope and convenience, support and cooperation. Furth more, this paper summarizes the differences between China and the United States and proposes some enlightenments to our country＇s public library lecture service.
