摘要 选取辽河源头区为研究区,在DPSIR框架模型基础上进行扩展,建立适合辽河源头区流域农业生态安全评价指标体系选取的概念框架。结合辽河上游流域存在的生态环境问题,从驱动力、生态系统压力、生态环境状态、生态系统响应和人文响应5个大类出发制定了由14个1级指标,21个2级指标构成的农业生态安全评价指标体系。 The paper is intended to introduce an evaluation index system of the agricultural eco-environmental security based on the framework mode established by the given author with the upper reach of Liaohe River as a case study. As is well known, Liaohe River is one of China's seven major rivers, though, unhappy enough, the pollution situation of the river has been worsening ever-more seriously. In spite of this, the River source area has nothing to do but still keep agriculture and animal husbandry as their major economic business form. However, due to the accelerated industrialization, the reclamation area for farming has been being expanded, with grasslands, bushes and other vegetation forms being shrunken and destroyed, which has in turn made the ecological environment in the river source area and the up-reach of the river has been degenerated and deteriorated. What is worse, with the ever-increasingly frequent hitting of natural disasters and soil erosions, it has been more and more hard to keep normal the agro-ecological environment security of the source area. The multifaceted pollution index of the River has been ranking at the very forefront of the seven major river systems in China. Frankly speaking, the pollution seriousness of the River reflects the complicated water-shortage problem in the whole North China. In the paper, we have chosen the source area of Liaohe River as theme of our case study, which is founded on the framework of the driving force-pressure-status-impact-response model(DPSIR). The Agriculture D (driving force)-P (pressure)-S (status)-I (impact)-R (response) framework model is extensible one, suitable for the source area of Liaohe River and guided by the scientific, hierarchical, holistic and feasible principles. However, the new framework model developed by us proves to be more feasible for assessing the index system of the agricultural eco-environmental security of the source areas of the River. The whole framework model has been built up based on the five categories, that is, the driving force, eco-system pressure, eco-system in-situ, eco-system reaction and human response. The agro-ecological security index system comprises 18 first order indexes, with its first order indexes including 27 secondary ones inside. Besides, the criteria layer A, layer B, and index layer have been empowered respectively through AHP.
