摘要
介绍四象限变频器的DTC直接转矩控制原理以及DTC技术与矢量控制技术的区别,提出四象限变频器在下行负功率运行皮带机驱动上具有的很多优势。在埃塞MESSEMO水泥厂实际运行结果也证明了,该系统能有效地将皮带输送机运行过程中产生的"负功率"转化为有用电能回馈电网,达到节能的目的,是类似工程条件下的优选方案。
This article introduce direct torque control(DTC) control principle in 4-quadrant frequency converters.Also,introduce the differences between DTC technology and vector control technology,it points out that there are many advantages when 4-quadrant frequency converters operated under downlink negative power to drive belt conveyor.The actual operation in Ethiopia Messebo Cement plant also prove that this system can effectively convert 'negative power' during belt conveyor operation to the useful electric energy back to the power grid.This proposal can save energy and is the optimization proposal under the similar engineering specifications.
