摘要
变电站综合监控自动化系统中测控或保护装置均有专属IP地址,如果发生地址重复必然导致指令目标的同时执行。通过事故案例的分析得出结论。针对目前部分测控装置生产厂家未设置地址重复或错误识别功能,提出防范措施。
Both measuring ＆ control devices or protectors of the automatic comprehensive monitoring system of transformer substation have their own exclusive IP address. IP address overlap （if any） will definitely result in simultaneous implementation of instructions. This paper makes conclusions by analyzing accident case and suggests precautionary measures for some measuring and control devices manufacturers which fail to set address overlap or error identification function for their products
