摘要
目的粪便检查对于疾病的诊断意义重大。针对传统手工操作引起的检验结果误差较大,本文研制了一种集卵标本盒。方法首先利用计算流体力学软件Fluent,采用滑移网格法和Realizablek-ε湍流模型对自行研制的集卵搅拌标本盒内不同的搅拌电压进行了数值模拟,并对比试验研究,发现数值模拟和试验研究的结果总体趋势吻合;然后改进搅拌器的形式,再对标本盒内不同形状的搅拌器进行了数值模似。通过搅拌器的流线、固体颗粒分布、监测点速度和搅拌功率等指标,评价标本盒内各种搅拌器的搅拌效果。结果研究结果表明,当采用5V电压时,梨形搅拌器提高了采样区的浓度,标本盒内搅拌效果较好,符合标本盒内搅拌的要求。结论该研究将在临床检验方面具有良好的应用性。
Objective Stool examination is of important significance for disease diagnosis. Because the traditional manual operation aroused much error, a specimen box for egg collection was investigated. Methods First the moving mesh and realizable k - ε turbulent model were used to compute the different voltages on the specimen box for egg collection by Fluent software. The results of the experimental research accorded with those of the numerical simulation. Then, the mixing effects of different mixers in the specimen box were studied by using the improved form of mixer based on the numerical simulation and were estimated after the analysis of certain factors such as mixer streamline, solid particle distribution, speed of monitoring sites and mixing power, etc. Results The pear-shaped mixer improved the concentration of the sampling area and met the mixing requirements better when the voltage was 5V. Conclusions The research results might have a good application in clinical examination.
