摘要 伴随着现场总线系统的分布式控制发展,对从站的智能性提出了新的要求。FPGA具有丰富的逻辑资源和较强的适用性,适合用来进行MECHATROLINK-III(简称M-III)总线智能从站接口卡的设计开发。在分析M-III从站的特性和需求的基础上,应用软硬件协同设计的理论,以EP3C5 FPGA作为核心控制器件设计了从站接口卡,并进行了从站软件开发。该从站接口卡已经在实际工程项目中应用,实践证明该智能接口卡具有较强的自主性,可较好的实现从站的功能,在从站类型变化时只需重新配置FPGA即可,具有一定的可重用性。 The distributed control of fieldbus system requires the slave station to be intelligence.FPGA has rich logic resources and strong applicability,w hich is suitable for designing and realizing M-III bus slave station w ith intelligence.On the analysis of MECHATROLINK-III characteristics and demands from the slave station,an intelligent slave station w as developed using EP3C5 as the core control device of the slave station and other protocol realizing chips.Actual application show s that the intelligent interface card has strong autonomy,and has certain reusability from reconfiguring the FPGA w hen the type of the slave station is changed.
