摘要
针对高速主轴的精度检测问题,设计了接触式杠杆检测系统。利用键合图理论构建了检测系统数学模型,并得出了系统状态方程。应用MATLAB进行了动态性能分析,并对复位弹簧刚度系统进行了优化。实践证明,优化的系统检测精度提升显著。
For precision testing of high speed spindle,is designed lever directly measurement system.The mathematical model of measurement system w as proposed based on the bond graph theory,and draw the system state equation.Dynamic characteristics analysis w as used by MATLAB,and optimize the spring stiffness system.Practice show s that,testing precision of optimizing system has a dramatic improvement.
