摘要
横梁是龙门式镗铣床的主要支承件。文章对横梁的截面形状、导轨的分布形式以及筋板结构布置进行了设计研究,并采用有限元分析方法,获得了横梁在最恶劣工况下的变形位移和应力分布。加工制造时,通过变形补偿的加工工艺,保证了横梁的几何精度。
Beam is the major supporting part of gantry milling machine.This article introduces design study on the shape of section for the beam,distribution of rails form and the layout of reinforcement plates.Finite element method w as used to obtain the deformation and stress distribution of the beam under the w orst w orking conditions.In order to ensure the geometric accuracy of the beam,the Processing techniques of deformation compensation w as used w hen manufacturing.
