实习护生疼痛处理知识、态度和行为倾向的调查

NURSING STUDENTS'KNOWLEDGE,ATTITUDES AND INTENTION REGARDING PAIN AND PAIN MANAGEMENT

目的:翻译和初步评价PMS量表;通过PMS量表调查,了解护理专业实习生对疼痛处理的知识、态度,特别是对麻醉性镇痛药的给药倾向。方法:采用随机抽样的方法用PMS量表对两所省级医院的护生550例进行问卷调查。结果:PMS总量表Cronbach’sα系数0.73;护生PMS量表各维度的平均得分分别为:直接态度21.13分、间接态度0.69分、主观规范1.10分、直接控制-2.55分、间接控制4.98分、行为打算-0.94分;"直接控制"是"行为打算"最强的预测因子(r=0.397,P<0.001)。结论:PMS量表有较好的信度和效度;护生对疼痛处理认识上存在很多误区,对麻醉性镇痛药给药态度消极;有高度"直接控制"的护生在临床工作过程中对患者疼痛的处理会更积极。

Objective：To translate the Pain Management Survey（PMS） into Chinese,and assess its reliability and validity;to examine nursing students＇ knowledge,attitudes and intention regarding pain and pain management;to identify the determinants of nursing students＇ intention to administer narcotic analgesics to patients with pain.Methods：With random sampling,550 nursing students who were training in 2 hospitals were chosen to fill in the questionnaire.Results：Cronbach＇s Alphas values of PMS were 0.73;the average PMS scores of each dimensions of nursing students were ：direct attitude 21.13,indirect attitude 0.69,subjective norm 1.10,indirect control 4.98,direct control-2.55,intention-0.94;the best strongest predictor of intention was direct control（r=0.397,P0.001）.Conclusion：The PMS is good in its reliability and validity;nursing students report knowledge deficits and negative attitude towards narcotic analgesics and their use in pain management;nursing students＇ intention to administer narcotic analgesics is stronger when they have a high degree of direct control over the administration of narcotic analgesics.
