Enhancing Process Management to Improve Postgraduate Training Quality

研究生教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,加强研究生培养过程管理是提高研究生培养质量的重要手段,本文从研究生培养的实际出发,就合理划分研究生培养阶段和环节,明确各培养阶段任务以及加强导师队伍建设进行了论述,提出了提高研究生培养质量的举措。

Postgraduate education is an important part of higher education in our country,and enhancing process management is an effective means to improve the quality of the cultivation of postgraduate students.In light of the actual situation of postgraduate education and the need to improve its quality,this paper discusses the optimal division of training stages and sections,the identification of goals and targets of various stages,and the strengthening of faculty development.
